The next conference of the International Finance & Banking Society (IFABS) will take place on December 5th– 7thin Medellin, Colombia, co-organized by Universidad EAFIT and the Central Bank of Colombia (“Banco de la Republica”)the Federal Reserve Board and University of Nottingham

The IFABS Conferences aim to provide a forum for discussion and critical analysis of major financial and banking challenges and networking amongst academics, policy-makers, research students and practitioners. Founded in 2008 in the United Kingdom, IFABS, is one of the world's leading organizations dedicated to the promotion of research in banking and finance. IFABS is proud to have over 6,500 members from more than 67 countries.

Best Paper Awards 

In line with the IFABS tradition, the IFABS Best Paper Award and the IFABS Best Ph.D. Paper  Award for the best research paper and the best Ph.D. paper drawn from the papers presented at the conference will be awarded.

 

Special Sessions 

The Conference Committee welcomes proposals for special sessions, roundtables, and panels. Please email your proposals to info@ifabs.org by September 15, 2019.
